Tuna & Potato Bake with peas

Serves 2


1 80g can of tuna in spring water

2 large potatoes

100g frozen peas

Handful of grated cheese

Parsley sauce mix


Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Peel and boil the potatoes until soft

Mash the potatoes with a little butter and milk

Drain the can of tuna

Tip the tuna into an overproof dish and mix with the frozen peas

Make up the parsley sauce mix as per the packet instructions

Pour half of the parsley sauce over the tuna and peas

Cover with the mashed potato

Sprinkle grated cheese over the top

Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes

Use the rest of the sauce, if needed, when serving.
