Naturally we all try our best to make sure our top qualities shine through when meeting people or socialising. It’s nice to be liked!

Sometimes, however, we can find ourselves thinking about this too deeply and our true identity disappears.

Well, I’m here to give you an easy formula, which means you won’t lose sight of your true self, you will continue to be the genuine person you are and you will lessen the anxiety you may feel when stepping into new environments and trying to make that all important first impression.

Quieten your mind and stay in a receptive state without worrying about the exact nature of your desires. A quiet mind and body will hear the answers you are looking for quickly and clearly. All you have to do is be calm and listen. 

It’s all about talking less and listening more. When we are stressed we tend to chatter and when we are looking for answers this will not help. Find your quiet, happy place, close your eyes, breathe, deeply, and listen.
